Home Time

With our relatively small running area, you will be home the majority of weekends, and sometimes during the week as well.
Pay

Our drivers are paid a percentage of the gross revenue from each load they pull. You will earn from 23% up to 26% based on experience and performance.

Weekly gross pay is largely up to you. The average is around $800 and you can average upwards of $900 per week or more!
Higher Take Home Pay

Getting more of your hard earned money is what it is all about. Our per diem program typically adds $45.00 or more to your weekly take home pay, and since you are not paying for insurance, you will see even more!

Insurance Benefits

As unbelievable as it sounds, Modular pays for your health, dental, vision, and life insurance! This includes dependents! This means no payroll deductions for these! (short-term disability insurance will cost $2.88 per week). The health insurance is a PPO plan and includes a $25.00 co-pay for doctor visits. There is a $250.00 deductible for hospital with 90% paid after the deductible is met.
