What it Takes To

DRIVE FOR MODULAR

Flatbed truck driving is different. It’s more challenging, but also more rewarding. That’s why our requirements go beyond the basics.

We put focus on hiring the right types of people to ensure that everyone on our team is a good fit and has the right goals.

Pride in ownership is important! With flatbed, you can’t hide a load inside a van. Your work is out there for everyone on the road to see, and your fellow drivers to judge.

A keen eye for safety is of utmost importance! You will be hauling heavy loads that need to be completely secure for your safety, and that of every single person around you.

Our drivers have a sense of adventure and don’t mind getting dirty. You’ll be lifting heavy tarps in all kinds of weather and need to stay motivated to work hard and take initiative to get things done right. Flatbed driving requires you to move more, and sit less.
